Customers select the loose diamond and ring setting of their choice. If it's selected before 2 p.m., the order is usually done by the end of the day. Engraving, repairs and cleaning also available.

There is no reason to look anywhere else; Diamonds Chicago has the staff, the diamonds, and location that sets them apart from any other jeweler/jewelry store.
I worked directly with Carlee and she is one of the most professional and informative salesperson I have ever dealt with. She made it very comfortable and really gave me all the advice I needed to make a decision.

We have dealt with Diamonds Chicago for the last 5 years and have found both Fahmina and Carlie to be very customer oriented. The value and quality of both their stock and customer service is fantastic!
